the various areas of a chair and indicate the selection number of choice
on the commission request form.
You will find that most of your questions will be answered at the
top of each page that you open as you begin the selection process.
After completing the commission request form you can ether
mail, fax or e-mail it to me for review.
When I receive your request for a chair I will put together a
commission contract for you to review.
When we are both satisfied that everything is in order I will begin to
create your chair in the order that I receive signed commission contracts.
